OSB - it is the compact pressed three layer wood boards made of large (75-100 mm in length, 10-25 mm wide) oriented monolithic chips of wood species. OSB is a glued product, thus in an overhead and lower layer direction of fibers is located longitudinally, and each layer is glued with waterproof resins and pressed under high pressure and temperatures. In Ukraine an OSB is known a long ago, and it is used in construction very widely, the European analogues of OSB are the most popular although the technology was created in the USA. For the first time the American OSB is represented by one of the most ancient (100 years old) woodprocessing company - LANGBOARD Inc. The company was one of the originators of OSB technology creation, kept and built up the quality traditions of OSB production process.
